Time traveler wisdom (VII)

A fellow time traveler, Dr. Ramin Assadollahi, 34, computational linguist, recently communicated these remarkable words:

Q: “What is time”?

(Time is the quantisized transition from one situation to an other. For perceiving objects of a defined sampling rate time can thus be dilated or contracted.)”

Ramin Assadollahi is one of the smartest people I have ever met.
